In a grill pan put a teaspoon of coconut oil and place sliced bokchoy halves on it
Let it cook from both the sides until it turns golden. Keep aside
Now in a deep wok add the remaing oil and put garlic in it.
Once it turns golden add in ginger and onion together.
Keep sauteing on medium flame until onion turns translucent.
You may now add capsicum and mushroom and cook on high flame for 2 minutes
Add salt, turmeric paste and black pepper.
Mix well and add water.
Once it comes to rolling boil you can add coconut milk and stir it continously until its first boil.
Now add coconut cream in 3 parts , mixing well each time.
Now slowly slip in the halved bokchoy and let the mixture come to boil again.
Sprinkle chives and flaxseeds
Serve hot
